Common reasons for car circuit board burnout are as follows:

1. Power supply problem. The work of the automotive circuit board requires a suitable voltage range. When the voltage exceeds or falls below the voltage, the circuit is in an unstable working state, especially when the voltage is overvoltage, the circuit is more likely to be damaged. For example, an aluminum electrolytic capacitor rated at 22uF/63V may explode instantly at a high voltage of 300V. The power supply problem is the most important problem. Some circuit boards do not add any protection on the power supply end due to cost considerations, and it is easy to burn the circuit board and the pre- and post-stage circuits connected to it.

2. Load problem. Corresponding to the "source" is the load. The load capacity in the circuit is an important indicator of the circuit performance. After the circuit board is designed and debugged, its load capacity has been fixed in a reasonable range. No-load and When overloaded, the circuit is easily damaged. For example, a common short circuit is equivalent to an overload.

3. Component problems. Electronic components have a failure rate and service life. Usually, one failure rate is allowed for every one hundred million components. In this way, a circuit board with hundreds of components may have a failure rate of one thousand. One-tenth, or even one-hundredth. Moreover, changes in power supply and load also have a great impact on the life of components. Long-term abnormal use will aggravate the aging of components and shorten their service life.

In addition to the above three general reasons, long-term abnormal use can easily lead to circuit board burnout. This abnormal use can be abnormal physical environment (temperature, humidity, etc.), abnormal electromagnetic environment (near large radiation appliances), etc.
